Asset management has become more important in recent years given the capital constrained environment of asset intensive industries. Devbase were approached to develop and implement an Asset Management training program to support the client business in uplifting it's Asset Management maturity as a component of ISO55001 alignment
The Solution
For a major Energy Network client, Devbase was asked to develop Asset Management training program including the development of on-line training materials. Devbase worked closely to develop core modules which shaped learning outcomes in alignment with our clients’ Asset Management system. Together with the client’s internal Learning Management team, we successfully delivered structured learning modules aimed at uplifting core business understanding of the role each employee pays in balancing risk and value in daily business decisions. Devbase advisors work closely with the Asset Management Council to deliver training at all levels from Operational to Executive and Board where required.
