Asset management has become more important in recent years given the capital constrained environment of asset intensive industries. Our State owned water utility client requested our assistance to distil the organisational structure and role development for one of their key Asset functions
The Solution
Our Executive Advisor conducted a process review to align roles and responsibilities for land management, contract and procurement, economic regulation, catchment management, and environmental management. Asset owners were engaged in workshops and a RACI matrix developed based on existing documentation. The client was delivered new role descriptions , RACI and process documentation together with implementation support for the organisational change
