Devbase were approached to develop and implement Technical Specifications aligned to the Asset Management framework for a client business seeking to build , own and operate high voltage transmission assets
The Solution
Devbase were engaged to develop a suite of Transmission Technical Specifications for a transmission network service provider. The documents were produced for all transmission primary plant and secondary protection, control and telecommunication assets. The documents articulated the high level technical specifications for the assets, with technical standards to underpin the principles .
The technical specifications ensure compliance to the relevant Australian and International Standards and National Electricity Law (NEL). Total whole of lifecycle costs across anticipated economic lives were also considered in the development of the Technical Specifications, to ensure prudent expenditure across the life of the asset, while delivering the required performance and risk profile.
