The Solution
- For a major energy transmission business, Devbase was asked to conduct a maturity assessment and improvement plan to incorporate contemporary best practice into process, procedures and policies. The objective was to provide a roadmap for ISO55000 certification including the creation of an Asset Management Policy, Strategic Asset Management Plan and full suite of Life Cycle Management Plans to cover all Asset Classes. Our advisors worked closely with client Asset Managers to manage the transformation of existing systems and uplift the business to adopt contemporary data driven asset management practices.
- For a state-owned Electricity Transmission Network business, Devbase was asked to support the Executive Leadership Team in development of a business case to support adoption on ISO55001 Asset Management certification. Our expert advisors conducted a structured approach to reviewing the existing business process, surveyed peer industry practice and documented recommendations based on both qualitative and quantitative information to support a staged implementation approach which demonstrated return on investment.
