Our executive advisors were engaged to undertake development of the Stage 1 Contingent Project Application (CPA) for an 500kV interstate transmission project. We were required to ensure that the regulatory obligations of the CPA were met, and that the technical and project management content were articulated simply and accurately. The document followed the initial Project Assessment Conclusions Report (PACR) and outlined the specific early works that were proposed.
The submission was made more complex through a material change in circumstance that had occurred influencing the scope of the project.
Our Executive Advisors have enabled our Clients to complete the scope utilising our consultants deep experience in preparation of RIT-T proposals gained through client side career experience. Our consultant brought value through deep technical, project and commercial/regulatory experience enabling challenge and review of the Client's assumptions.
