Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

The Challenge

With increasing social license obligations and customer engagement requirements associated with owning and operating Electricity Transmission Assets within Australia, Devbase was engaged to complete detailed roles and responsibility mapping for all key engagement activities across the asset lifecycle.  

The Solution

The engagement included facilitating interviews and workshops with a large cohort of Business Leaders, from Social Performance, Community Relations, Landholder Relations, Indigenous Relations, Project Engagement, Internal Governance and External Relations.  

Various business transformation techniques were utilised to develop team responsibility summaries, roles and responsibility tool development and mapping across the lifecycle and a change management plan to ensure leader led sustainable implementation.

Devbase advisors were retained following the initial mapping phase to support the implementation and embedment phases to assure changes to roles and responsibilities agreed through the process were fully implemented and aligned to the new business processes
