Devbase was engaged to implement portfolio management across the property portfolio for a Transmission Electricity business for a significant state region undergoing growth in keeping with the Queensland Energy & Jobs Plan

Devbase was engaged by one of it's State owned Electricity Network clients to implement a business transformation program aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of network customer enquiries under the National Electricity Rules.

Devbase was engaged to complete detailed roles and responsibility mapping for all key engagement activities across the asset lifecycle.

Our Contract Mining client approached Devbase for independent review of their Open Cut mine site operation in Queensland, to assist the Executive Leadership team in validating concerns raised at a site operations level, with respect to both commercial and operational working relationships with the mine asset owner.
