Management Operating System and Process Redesign

The Challenge

Devbase was engaged by one of it's State owned Electricity Network clients to implement a business transformation program aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of network customer enquiries under the National Electricity Rules.  These customers included connected industrial load consumers and renewable and thermal generators

The Solution

Devbase Advisors developed a transformation program focused on all aspects associated with people, process, data and technology requirements.  The scope undertaken included the implementation of a management operating system, redesign of the customer connections process to ensure whole of lifecycle management, increased cross business collaboration and clear roles and responsibilities, milestones, critical artefact redesign and governance, data capture and system modifications to enable accurate monitoring and reporting.  The engagement required extensive engagement with leadership and teams, to ensure sustainable change management. 

A five staged approach was undertaken over a 9 month period to enable accurate data gathering, stakeholder engagement and RACI development.

Our clients were left with a structured approach to to support project development for major Property projects which underpin the development of corridors for establishment of transmission electricity infrastructure in Queensland.
